Order Modifications & Cancellations We kindly request that any amendments or order cancellations be communicated within 24 hours of your order placement. Beyond this period, making changes might be challenging due to our prompt order processing. If an order is canceled within the specified 24 hours, anticipate a refund processing time of up to 10 business days.

Guidelines for Returns & Refunds Bijoun offers a 30-day window for returning items, provided they remain unused and are sent back in their original packaging. We, however, cannot process refunds for merchandise that shows signs of use, wear, or any damage resulting from regular or improper handling.

To commence a return, please drop an email to within 30 days of receiving your item. Do include your order details and the reason behind the return. Remember, our team must greenlight all returns before you send the items back. Ensure the products are dispatched in their original state and packaging. Also, do not forget to mention your order number and the name under which the order was made on the return package, facilitating a swift processing on our end. Bear in mind, the return shipping costs fall under the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged. Bijoun does not cover shipping costs.

Once your return reaches us, please allow up to 10 business days for a thorough inspection. Once the items pass our assessment, expect a refund processing duration of up to 40 business days from the acknowledgment date. If there's a delay post our confirmation, we advise liaising with your bank or financial service provider.

Please be aware: Refunds will be initiated in U.S. Dollar ($USD) equivalent to the initial purchase amount. Any charges related to foreign currency or exchange rates are the responsibility of the customer.
